What is Reflective Paper?
A journal contains observations, in-depth analysis, memories, impressions and feelings. It is a series in which a person goes through the self-communication process. It's a system of ways of thinking, feeling and seeing. Reflecting on facts and recording factual impressions is the lifeblood of creative writing in your journal. It also involves planning and analysis. Writing a journal is actually bringing your thoughts, ideas, concepts, feelings, reactions, dreams, metaphors, sorrows, regrets, hopes and experiences to the world. Getting it all down to the pages means putting what you think and understand into writing. Journal writing is all about methodology, not always about goals and outcomes. Journal writing is not just a way to set goals, but a way to improve your skills. One has to think about journal writing;
☆ What is already being done here?
☆ Who will be happy to achieve this goal?
☆ Can I achieve this goal in a more constructive and better way?
☆ Who will allow it?
☆ What action will help me stay on track?
☆ What are the mini goals I set and achieve?
☆ What have I found by following this path?
☆ What difficulties have I faced in trying to achieve my goals?
What to write:
Writing for a journal requires you to organize your thoughts, feelings and actions. It includes habits, actions, perceptions and decisions. Some emotional functions usable in this style will become prominent in your journal writing within a few weeks. When the writing style becomes clear to you, you will notice that:
☆ Has it strengthened and highlighted your personality?
☆ What do you think about the events around you and even the personalities of others and what do you want to do as a result?
☆ What do you think about intertextuality of situations and events? And
☆ You will naturally feel and recognize where the writing style you have chosen is taking you.
We are living in a world that is very complex and changing every moment. Our dependence on each other and on the world is beyond doubt. It is analyzed which experiences increase your awareness as these experiences make their way into your journal writing. This gives you greater awareness. Accept whatever you feel. Pick up your pen, open your journal or notebook and just start writing. For at least 10 minutes, write down what you think.
Freely write what is on your mind, you are expressing your feelings and emotions when you write. This process is very different from what is in your brain and continues to waste your mental capacity.
