When you complete your middle standard education and enter in high school it is very exciting. But there are some challenges also for you which you may face. As it is a time when you step in a little bit different atmosphere the teachers are new , you make new friends, have to learn new things and need to learn more about yourself. Some time it can be a little hard but there are some study habits which can help you in getting your desired results. These useful habits are as follows.
1. STAY ORGANIZED:
If you
wish that everything should be very easy for you then you have to develop the
habit of staying organized in you at this stage. Here are some tips for

Planning
is a key factor for every task that we have to do or perform. You should plan everything
thing regarding your studies for example doing your assignments, preparing your
tests and completing your projects within due time period. If you plan this way
then you will be able manage your time keeping a track for what you need to do
and what it needs to be done.

ROUTINE:
Set a time for you to study daily at a same time and follow
this strictly at any cost. If you adopt this habit study will become a part of

YOUR SPACE TIDY:
As you
know cleanliness is half of the faith and definitely when you adopt this
beautiful habit you will be able to focus on your studies better. Make sure that

distractions but try to choose a study spot where nothing can distract you. For
this you can visit a library or choose a corner of your house where you think

electronics like your phone, TV and other devices must be turned off during
studying. If you need your computer for studying bound yourself to using it
only for that purpose.

BREAKS:

be a book worm take short breaks after every hour or two to relax and recharge
yourself. Your brain is a riding animal for you so don’t make it so tired. If
you take proper breaks and rest you will be able to focus avoiding burning out.

GOALS:

the goals about what you want to accomplish while studying before you and do

6. SELF CARING:
If you want an excellent academic record and achievement the best habit you must heed over is to take care of yourself. As we all you that health is wealth so as a student you must have this in your mind. Here are some ways to make sure you’re in top shape for studying:
REST
AND SLEEP:
We
all know that this habit always comes true that when we sleep early and rise
early in the morning this habit makes us
healthy, wealthy and wise. You make it sure to get eight hours of sleep to be
more active. A brain which is well rested is more alert and ready to absorb information
in a better way.
DIET PLAN:
It is a well saying about health that a healthy body has a healthy mind. And when it
is about student then it is very important to take care of the health of a
student. And for a healthy body a
balanced diet is very important which gives you energy and makes you efficient,
focused and alert. There should be plenty of fruits, vegetables, dry fruits and grains in your daily meals.
TAKING
EXERCISE REGULARLY:
Active
life style is a guarantee for an efficiency in work. Physical activity helps in
improving our mood and energy levels therefore you must take exercise
regularly. A passive life style can make you ill, lazy an inefficient.
Therefore try to keep your body active
if you don’t have enough time to walk for a long time or long distance then do
anyway even having a short walk it also
can make a big difference.
STAY
HYDRATED:
Though
it is very important to drink plenty of water each day. If you don’t take
enough water your muscles become stretched and you feel pain while sitting. You
feel tired and less focused if you are a victim of dehydration. Therefore stay
Hydrated taking enough water everyday. But here it is very important to note
the new research about the quantity of liquid you have to take daily. Remember you
should take water according to the weight and not follow the fixed opinion of 8
to 16 glass of water daily. The weight of our body decides that how much water
we should drink each day.

Adopting good study habits when you enter in high school education will make you active and efficient and you will get success in academic career and in practical life after completing your education as well. All the habits e.g. staying organized, take good notes, ask questions, practice regularly, staying focused and self care make you perfect.
