1- Journal Writing:
A journal is a written record of your thoughts, experiences and observations. It is a notebook that is written in on a daily basis.
Writing these journals help the writers about personal
feelings, new events that occur daily, routine events. They help the writers to
know that how much they know and what they think about different subjects or
topics.
Writing a journal is a process in which personal
insights, reflections, questions or personal topics are written down. In the
classroom assignment of a journal project, personal thoughts, daily
Experiments, reading assignments, current affairs and scientific experiments
can be included. The contents of the journal are a form of reflective writing.
What you have read or learned. You can include your thoughts, impressions and
objections in your journal, however, the contents of journal should not be a mere summary of the
material read, nor should it focus only on your feelings. Rather, it should be
a manifestation of your critical research skills. Critical inquiry means all
those process of thinking that you adapt to
collect information or your thoughts and to analyze them.

Remember that Class Journal and Private Diary are two
different things. The writing of class journal is of a formal nature so it cannot be called an essay. While
the teacher has full access to it, he can also involve other students of the class
in it. While the nature of a diary is very personal.

You can also use your journal as a general record of daily life and focus on specific topics such as a trip to a garden or recreational area, studies, and current affairs. You can record your experiences, thoughts and memories in it, you can also use it to collect material for fiction and poetry. i:-Sentence Stem:
Sentence completion occurs by inserting a suitable word
or phrase into the blank, it can also be a very general sentence as
( I feel that............)
and this can be a sentence related to the question,
problem or interest of an individual.
ii:- Five Minute Sprint:
The strategy of writing within a short period of time is
best for people who are hesitant about journaling, who are hesitant to start,
or those who can hardly find time to write a journal.
iii:- Inventory:
To form a balanced life, identify areas of life with
topics and issues related to various aspects of life such as health, family,
home, work, spirituality, and emotional well-being, need full attention.
iv:- Structured Write:
It is the writing in which the series of sentences are
interconnected and they reveal the depth of information and awareness serially.
v:- Clustering:
Clustering refers to the grouping of ideas related to a
central word or phrase, in which ideas are expanded with the help of cursive
and circles. In this aspect work quickly to get the maximum results. Then
describe the points and ideas gained in short paragraph.
vi:- Lists of 100:
A list of 100 items will likely contain some repetition
of a pre-determined central idea or theme, this repetition is very important in
the process. These topics can be related to any current issue. For example, 100
things that make me sad, 100 things that I want to do, 100 places that I want
to see, etc. After completing the list, group the answers in terms of main
ideas and organize the information.

Write A to Z

written by imagining a person.
xii:- Perspectives:
For looking at any event or situation different
perspectives in different ways can be gotten.
xiii:- Springboard:
Springboard refers to free writing for a reason. It can
be started from a small question, idea
or title.
xiv:- Free Writing:
Writing a narrative in an uncoordinated manner is called
free writing. This technique is useful during periods of creative inspiration
and spontaneous writing. Time and number of pages can also be determined for
this. The different forms of journals depend on their purpose and the ways of
use.
