1- Sharing and Publishing:
A social network of knowledge sharing is formed by mutual
cooperation between individuals, groups and institutions. These relationships
are formed by social connections and mutual interactions, these interactions
occur repeatedly and there are many purposes behind these relationships, such
as finding new opportunities, learning best practices and getting common useful
information, etc. In such a case, communities of practice formalize their social networks, allowing
experts to come together to share their knowledge with others. Thus, group work
becomes more attractive and useful.
The concept of the communities of knowledge and practice
was presented by Etienne Wenger. These communities consist of individuals who
are informally connected and play important roles throughout the process. They
all come together because they have a common vision and want to learn and share
knowledge with others.
The community forms a field of knowledge which creates
new knowledge.
Knowledge transfer is a combination of social exchanges
that take place through direct personal interaction or through intermediaries
such as I.T. system.
Knowledge
Management system connects people to knowledge without the difficulty of
