HOW A SUITABLE ENVIRONMENT BECOMES MOTIVATION IN LEARNING

Although the teacher's personality is the most effective teaching motivation in the classroom for the educational process. But atmosphere for learning is also an important factor of effective teaching activities. In the classroom environment, the physical atmosphere of the room, lighting and arrangement etc. are all important, but the most important are the attitudes of the teacher and the students.

Just as it is important to explain and present the lessons in sections at the beginning of the morning. Likewise, the pressure definitely increases towards the end of the final period or year. By the end of the year, the previous year's work is also completed. There is no innovation in it due to the regularity of routines. Hence, the perception of stress, exhaustion and boredom is likely to arise. Experts believe that normal routine is useful at this time.

It can be briefly described as follows. Just as one wants to start ones day in a good way with enthusiasm and passion. Ending of the day in a good way is also important. Good and effective teachers use a method for this atmosphere as well. That the students leave the classroom at off time should look like they have had a good day.

It was not a wastage of time. Rather, today's work was done well. It means leaving school and classroom in a good mood, good preparation for the next day and determination to start diligently will be born. This approach continues to work best with intrinsic motivation. If this behavior (routine) becomes a general behavior, students are better today than yesterday and are acquiring skills. And their quality is also improving. It is believed that better educational activities have done.

DISCIPLINE IS A PART OF ROUTINE:

Classroom management is also included in the teacher's duties. The way the teacher organizes his class during the year becomes a part of the classroom. Discipline, and its adherence play an important role. Discipline becomes part of the classroom routine. Adherence to this discipline and routine is a precursor to student success. They do the job of maintaining discipline. And they know. That the role of discipline in motivational tools of learning has priority.

A teacher who truly cares about students pays a lot of attention to maintaining discipline . Even if it doesn't feel good to the students. Preventive measures and strategies can be adopted to prevent students from disliking of strict discipline conditions , rules and regulations. Through these strategies, students' attention is drawn to factors that need to be addressed.

so that the discipline can be seen in attitudes. This promotes desirable behaviors.

Plasdy and Plasdy (1987), stated nine preventive strategies which are as follows.

(i)- Teachers should have an attitude of confidence and calmness with their students.

(ii)- Teachers must be sure that all their students are broad-minded and are able to behave appropriately in the classroom.

(iii)- Teachers should ensure that their teaching activities are interesting as well as the subject related.

(iv)- Teachers should adopt such teaching activities that must be a match with the abilities of their students.

(v)- Teachers should also involve students in making rules.

(vi)- Teachers should make it sure that the students know and understand the routine.
