The development and evaluation have a deep relation. As the student needs to develop in different directions, different types of sketches will be used in the assessment process. Intelligence tests will be used to assess mental development.
Assessment of
social well-being will follow sociometric techniques and measurement scales
will be used to assess physical well-being. These are briefly discussed as,
1- Physiological development and evaluation:
Along with the educational process, it is the responsibility of the school to take care of the physical development of the child, because for a balanced education and training, it is necessary to keep an equal eye on all aspects of the student's personality.
It is a fact that a balanced physical condition has a positive effect on the educational process, so the physical development of students should be monitored periodically and recorded on the progress chart regularly so that teachers and principals be aware of the child's condition and rate of progress and address corrections as needed. It is very important to keep track of the physical development of the students so that it can be used when the need arises. For example, if some students are physically weak or suffering from any disorder, they can be treated regularly by consulting a doctor or advised on a balanced diet.
The following matters should be reviewed and recorded on the chart at the time of admission to school and at the beginning of each academic year.
