Literally, the meaning of communication is to publicize a work or thing with its merits or demerits. The present age is the era of media dominance and due to this, even trivial things are forbidden to be taken to a place due to publicity. The school fulfills many activities and many of its works are not exposed to the public and hence they are not regularly publicized.

 

The society has many expectations from the school and it is the responsibility of the school to fulfill these tasks and keep the society aware of it. For this, the seminary has to use communication, whether it is the promotion of the school programs or the promotion of the individual work of the students.

 

All this is possible through mass media. Therefore, it is possible to demonstrate the effectiveness of assistance through various means of communication.

 

A brief description of these media is as follows.


Radio:





 Radio is an old but effective medium of communication. Radio is now considered an effective medium of communication in every country of the world. Even in some backward countries, its importance is accepted .

 

School promotes its programs through radio. A wide variety of information is provided through the School Broadcasting Program.

Schools not only advertise but popularize programs like admission programs, examination programs and important curricular activities through radio.

 

Different types of information are also made known to the public about the broadcaster's school with the help of radio. Individual and collective both types of advertisement is possible through radio.

 

Television :-





Another medium of communication which has become increasingly popular. That is television. Thanks to this, people feel everything face to face.

The seminary publicizes its programs and performances through frontline speeches and talks on television. School also highlights its work through advertisements.

The series of educational programs on television has now been started in different countries of the world including Pakistan. Because of this, publicity of school is possible more and more.

 

Newspaper and Magazines





 Newspapers and magazines are also a means of publicizing the activities and programs of the seminary. In the newspapers, schools activities are  highlighted.

 The newspapers at different times help to increase the prestige of the schools. Newspapers help to highlight the performance of teachers and students.

 

 Journals and Magazines :-





 Every school publishes a magazine at the end of the year to highlight its activities and performance.

In which both teachers and students of school participate together. Essays,  poems and comedies are written and filled on school programs. School shows its strength through the magazine. Through magazine the school shows its unique traits.
