Education vs. Business: Is Learning Becoming a Profit Driven Industry?

Education is the back bone of all the progress in the world.

Man making progress in the field of education flying the tons of iron on sky and on water that is unbelievable. If the scholars of 200 years ago see our aeroplane or space shuttles the would definitely surprised and comple to think about their litleness before all this tremendous achievements. 

But unfortunately in the modern era education has become a source of earning instead of creating minds who can be beneficial for the society. Now one can see a net of educational institutions around and each one says it is the best for learners. People who couldn't get job they started to run schools, it is good if the thought is to serve the nation but it is very harmful if the aim is to make money.

Now I would like to share my own resreach about these institutions which are run by commons. 

I have searched much about these private institutions and found two categories of these institutions. 

There are private institutions which provide quality education and they hire caliber staff for their students . They  have suitable buildings that are airy, wide and good for learners. But  these institutions charge heavy fee that is very difficult for a common man manage. As they earn much so they give reasonable salary to theirs teachers. 

On the other hand there are many private institutions that don't pay their staff good salary and hire low qualified staff ignoring the future of young generation. Many students who themselves need to study more begin to teach as they have not fully knowledge about the subject they assigned to teach so the learners cannot understand what they were asked to learn.

As the human population increased the need for more schools , colleges and universities has also increased.  It is not possible for the government to open more institutions that can meet the need of society. So the private schools and colleges are opened to fulfill the need.

At first it was done with an enthusiasm to educate the children who couldn't get an admission in government institutions.  They charge a handsom amount of money as tuition fee and different types of funds . Then with the passage of time these institutions are being considered an industry .

The result of this cult of earning through playing with the future of new generation is very dangerous. It must be checked out. 

The students are forced to join tuition classes after the school time to the same teachers who teach in school. This is done only to make the money. They don't care about the future of learners but they only care about their income. Many students who get first position in a private school but when they enter in government school they cannot pass even the entry test.

The fresh graduates after completing their studies try to get job in government sector sothat they may be pay well . So the standard of government schools is definitely high and good but the capacity of admissions is low .

Government should open more and more schools to facilitate the masses . And it is necessary as this young generation would run the affairs of country in coming decades. 

If it is necessary to allow private institutions some measures and margins must be their .
