Definition of teaching:

Education is an Arabic word. It comes out of teaching. Its meanings are lessons. Teaching in its narrow sense means conveying such information that will inculcate in the students knowledge and enable them to live life in an easy way. Teaching is a method through which the teacher gradually conveys information to the students and teaches them to read and write along with knowing different things.

According to Burton, “teaching is the process of helping the child adapt to the environment.”

According to Skinner, “teaching is the act of imparting information and knowledge to someone.”

It helps in acquiring knowledge and making good citizens.

Teaching is a means of inciting knowledge to the new generation. Without it, it is difficult to be aware of the knowledge, skills and tendencies of the previous generation.” Teaching is an art through which the teacher takes appropriate measures to change the personality of the student under different teaching methods and teaching wisdom. .

Effective teaching and pedagogy or effective teaching is as follows:

1- Growth :

Effective teaching is that through which the student's growth is supported. Or have a suitable arrangement for its formation. A child can have many growth patterns.

2 Acquisition:

The teacher gives a lot of information to the student. There can be many ways. The student stores this information in his mind or memory. Then they are evaluated to see how much of the lesson they have understood or remembered. The answer is acquisition.

Construction:

The teacher not only gives information to the student, but also builds his character and personality. Teaching is a form of construction. Through teaching, understandings are not only formed, habits and preferences, but also the character of the student is formed.

Characteristics of teaching:

Teaching has an important role in formal education. If teaching is good, education will be done in a better way and it will also be sustainable. Children will pay attention and interest in the lesson. Teaching is better if it is in accordance with the age and intellectual level of the children. 1- Teaching is interesting:

Teaching is that which is interesting and engaging to the children. No teaching can be given to an individual unless he is willing to take it and the willingness of the individual is necessary. To create interest in work or education. For the child, such methods should be adopted in the teaching which are the cause of the child's interest and which are compatible with the children's interests. The teacher should create such an environment that the children can learn by themselves

2- Planning:

Whatever a person does without planning, the results are not good. Teaching is a very delicate issue. There is a dire need of planning in it. Before teaching the children, the teacher should plan the issues related to teaching, which method he has to adopt and how to adopt it. Which aids to use and where? 3. Both students and teachers participate in good teaching:

6- For the teacher, every child is the same:

Whether he is a child of the poor or the rich. Every child should be treated as the same. His uniqueness should be taken care of. Everyone should be treated the same. If a child is disabled, special care should be taken to ensure equality in education. Children's views should be heard. If they are correct, they should be accepted. There should be no coercion and violence in teaching. Children should not be afraid. There is no better teaching than this.

Teaching should be democratic:

7- Therapeutic teaching:

Teaching should always be therapeutic. If anyone makes a mistake or has any weakness, the teacher should correct it. Children are sometimes weak in certain things or lessons. For example, a child's writing is not correct. One's writing speed is not appropriate. The teacher should take into account such weaknesses of the children and should immediately treat or remedy them. It is very important to follow these points during teaching.

8- Creating parentage:

During the teaching, the teacher gives the children various activities, skills and group work. This leads to maturity of different organs of children. Children develop different abilities. This growth and parenting makes children active. Determines their correct direction. Children are physically, emotionally and socially healthy. During the teaching, the madrasas have to pay attention to the development and upbringing of the children with great care and wisdom.

Teaching gives autonomy. Teaching also has the characteristic of making children independent and self-confident. The main purpose of education is to prepare students for future life. They have to be educated in such a way that they can be useful and effective for themselves and others. Education creates a sense of responsibility in them, after which they become independent and make better decisions in life. Only through independence, they are able to solve their own problems and also become able to guide others.
